What is Bindel’s cancellation policy?
Prior to your check-in date, we require 30-days notice prior to cancelling any reservation for a full refund. If you cancel more than 14-days before your check in date, we’ll provide a full refund less a $350 deposit. If you cancel with 7-days notice or less, we’ll refund 50% of the rent payment. We understand that “life happens,” and will take into account extenuating circumstances. If you are staying with us and would like to check out early, we require 30-days notice to avoid an early termination penalty.
When will I receive my move-in instructions to the apartment?
We provide detailed move-in instructions 1 to 2 days prior to your arrival in order to protect the privacy and safety of the guests staying with us. We will provide the name of the apartment complex upon booking (or anytime upon request).
What additional steps is Bindel taking to keep me safe during COVID?
Your safety and well being are our top priority. While our professional cleaning protocols have always been of the highest caliber, we’ve enhanced our cleaning protocols during COVID to meet the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization guidelines. When is check-in/check-out?
Check in is at 4 PM CST-we'll let you know if the apartment is ready earlier- and checkout is at 11 AM CST.
How do I extend my stay?
Our preference is to always grant our guests' extensions, but we do not guarantee them until we receive payment and confirm your extension in writing. The sooner we know you want to extend- the better.
What items do The Bindel provide?
The items we provide depend on your package. Please select the apartment you’re interested in to see all of the amenities and items we provide.
Is Cable TV included in the rent?
No; however,we provide high speed Internet and 43” to 50” SMART TVs in every apartment, so you can access your favorite shows from any streaming service with your personal account. If you would like cable during your stay, you can purchase cable on your SMART TV through a variety of apps including (YouTube TV)[https://tv.youtube.com/] or (Sling TV)[https://www.sling.com/].
How do rent payments work on Bindel? Do I have to pay all of my rent up front?
You have the option to pay your rent in full at the beginning of your stay or on a monthly basis (as you would for a normal lease). If you stay for **3 months or longer**, discounts are available when full payment is provided up front. If you decide to pay on a monthly basis, rent is collected on the 27th of each month to ensure your rent hits our account on time, and to make sure we’re able to cover any payments in the event it doesn’t.
Are pets allowed, and does Bindel charge pet fees?
We love our furry guests (sometimes more than… nevermind) and welcome them in our apartments! Some of our apartments provide a dog park, and even a dog washing station! There is usually a $20 to $50 monthly pet rent required by the apartment complexes. In rare cases, an apartment could charge a “pet fee” of $350 to $400 per pet. We don’t cover this additional charge, but we don’t mark it up either. All Bindel renters are responsible for this extra fee and we will notify you in the event it is applicable. If you do not wish to pay the fee, we understand and will allow you to cancel your reservation without penalty. Does Bindel require a deposit?
Generally, we do not require a deposit. However, in the event of damage to the apartment beyond reasonable wear and tear, we maintain the right to charge your credit card on file in accordance with our (Terms of Service and applicable laws)[legal/terms-of-service]
Does Bindel help with unloading my luggage or setting up my personal belongings in the apartments?
We are happy to assist with unloading luggage, hanging clothes, stocking your fridge with groceries for your arrival, and more! This is an additional service and is not included in the base rent for your apartment. For more information or to receive a quote, please (contact us)[/contact-us] at least 1- week prior to your move in.
Does Bindel provide a cleaning service?
We work with a professional third-party cleaning service who we think is absolutely amazing! The price per cleaning is $150. We provide the initial deep cleaning before move-in, but any additional cleaning during your stay will be an additional cost. We are happy to bundle this service and add it to your base rent. We call it our Clean Bundle. Please (contact us)[/contact-us] if you’re interested in adding this service during your stay.
Can we get mail and packages at the apartment?
Yes. You will receive a mail key and packages will be delivered either to your door, to a secure locker, or via Fetch depending on the apartment complex. This information will be provided in your Bindel move-in instructions.
Are all utilities included?
Yes. All bills are covered in your monthly rental payment. This includes water, gas, electric, high-speed Internet, and parking.
What payment methods does Bindel accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, ACH, and wire transfers.
How do I request extra sheets, towels, or any other items I may need?
We are happy to assist you with providing any additional items you may need. Depending on the item, we may be able to provide it at no additional charge. If you know you require additional items, please let us before move in and we can provide you with more specific information.

The only additional fee is a cleaning fee of $185, except any applicable pet fees.
