In the unlikely event something comes up, our Austin, TX, based support team will work with you until it's handled. Fraud Protection with our 24-Hour Protection Period
Feel secure with fraud protection. We securely hold your payment until 24-hours after you move in. No money is ever transferred until the keys are in your hand, and you tell us you love your new space. In the unlikely event you don't, we'll refund your payment and help you find somewhere else to stay.
Secure Payment
Reserve your rental by sending the first month’s rent and a security deposit to The Bindel. The Bindel securely holds your money until 24-hours after you move-in. If there's a problem, let us know, and we'll refund your payment. All future payments are made directly to the Host, similar to any other real estate transaction.

One of the best parts about using The Bindel is you can schedule viewings before leasing. In addition, there is never an obligation to lease until the lease is signed. If you are unable to view the property beforehand- no problem. We securely hold payment up until 24-hours after your move in, so in the unlikely event there's an issue, we'll refund your payment and help you find other housing.
